We were lucky enough to have an outdoor facing booth at The Chart House and the amazing Priscilla as our server she got us this menu with ease and gave us to touch a quality that we really wanted and needed for our Saturday night. Dinner martinis are strong here so soften them with iced tea or water. The food is also fantastic. A large group of chefs work very hard to make everything on your plate, exquisite to the eye as well as the stomach. We cannot wait to come back when we return to Jacksonville next year. I will definitely start our evening here.
Everything about our experience was amazing! I mentioned on our res that we were on a mother daughter trip and the made special menus. happy hour is CLUTCH. JOSHUA at the bar makes amazing cosmos and pomtinis! must have the sea bass and lobster risotto. melt in your mouth. Carol was our server and she was attentive, charming, and so great! the decor is super cool too. 5 stars! We made a reservation but went early and just ate in the bar!
The design/architecture is very impressive, and the river view is lovely. We tried the mojito flight for two - amazing! There was a little hiccup with our orders, but it was corrected far better than necessary. The salad bar had a few selections I couldn’t try due to a raw onion sensitivity, but the items I could enjoy were delicious- I’ve never had such ripe fresh mango from a salad bar before.. The bread service was fresh and warm - so delightful. The food was excellent, and Taylor provided excellent service. We will very likely be back anytime we are visiting the Jacksonville area.

One thing that caught me off guard was the caviar being served with a silver spoon—I’ve always been told that’s a no-no, since metal can affect the taste. Still, that was just a minor quirk in an otherwise fantastic experience. The staff were super friendly and attentive, which made the whole visit even better. I’ll definitely be coming back for the food, drinks, and that great atmosphere. Just something to note about the caviar if you’re a stickler for traditional service!
My boyfriend and I celebrated our anniversary here and had such an amazing experience! We made reservations so there was no wait at all. Our server was Taylor, who was very fun, kind, and informative. He was very knowledgeable about the menu and his recommendations were spot on. I had the Key West Grouper and my boyfriend ordered the Shrimp and Lobster Carbonara which were both very tasty. The flavors of each dish were unique and creative. We also ordered mojitos (pomegranate and mango) which paired well with our dinner choices. What we appreciated the most was that Chart House went above and beyond in helping us celebrate. We had a table with a view of the river and downtown. We were very surprised but loved that staff made our night, by printing custom menus wishing us a happy anniversary. However, the icing on the cake was when Taylor surprised us with dessert on the house just for our special occasion. We are so happy to say that we will be back again soon!
This was our first time at Chart House and it won't be the last. We were celebrating seven years of marriage. We were blown away by the presentation, the service and the overall welcoming vibes. Our server Stephanie made amazing suggestions that truly made us feel she had a deep connection and understanding of the menu. The executive chef Brad came out twice which made us feel so special. The food and drinks were so delicious, we were savoring every sip and bite! We tipped our hats to everyone on the staff that made our evening special. We can't wait to celebrate our next milestone with you all!
My husband and I went to the Chart House in Jacksonville on June 20th and our favorite place to sit is in the bar ordering off the regular menu. The reason why we keep coming back is because of the bartender Josh. OMG he is amazing . His level of professionalism and ability to multi-task in such a busy environment is exceptional. Our drinks are always perfect and arrive in timely manner. He is also so fun to watch him perfect his craft. You can tell he totally enjoys his job! Thank you Josh for such all you do!
This place had great food at a very expensive price. It is worth every second of it though. The waitress was very nice and very on top of everything. We were seated quickly because we had a reservation. I would always recommend the crab tail. And the steak.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a great dinner at Chart House and will definitely be back. Our server, Stephanie, was friendly, attentive, and made the experience even better. The whipped feta appetizer was absolutely incredible and easily one of the highlights of the meal. For our entrees, we had the prime rib and the lobster and shrimp carbonara. Both were cooked well and full of flavor. Great food, great service, and a beautiful atmosphere. Looking forward to coming back.
